These terms apply to this marketing website for Your Website, a product of Two Wrens. They do not govern website build or managed-care work — that is covered by the Website Service Terms and the written plan agreed for your project.

The information here is general

The guidance, examples and service descriptions on this site are published to explain how Your Website works. They are not advice for your particular situation, and sector examples are illustrations — not templates you are buying off the shelf.

Prices and availability

Prices shown on this site are for planning purposes and describe the packages as currently offered. They are not an offer capable of acceptance online. Scope, timing and the fee for your project are confirmed in writing before any paid work begins. Booking a free call does not create a paid contract.

Intellectual property

The content, design, logo and name of this marketing site belong to Two Wrens Limited or are used with permission. You are welcome to read, print and share pages for your own business purposes, and to quote short extracts with attribution. Please do not republish substantial parts, or use the branding, without asking first. Ownership of a site I build for you is covered in the Website Service Terms.

Links to other sites

Where this site links elsewhere — to Calendly, to the main Two Wrens site, or to a supplier — those sites are outside my control and have their own terms and privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the other side of it.

Availability

I aim to keep the site available and accurate, but it is provided as it is. I do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and I may change or withdraw content at any time.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, I am not liable for business losses arising from use of this marketing website, including lost profits, lost data or lost opportunity. This does not affect the Website Service Terms or any written plan between us, which govern the work itself.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Loads the Calendly scheduling widget on the contact page so you can pick a slot without leaving the site. Calendly sets its own cookies and may process your data outside the UK. If you leave this off you can still book by opening Calendly directly, or by email.

Loads Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity so we can measure visits and how people use the pages (including anonymised session recordings and heatmaps). Those providers may set cookies and process data outside the UK. If you leave this off, nothing is sent to them.
