Website Build is £299. Managed Website is £150 setup plus £19.99 a month with hosting included. The scope is bounded on purpose, so you know what the number covers before anyone starts.
Website Build

A site designed for your business from scratch, after a proper conversation about what it needs to do.
Covers one call, a plan you sign off, up to five pages and two rounds of your feedback. I set up a hosting account for you at launch; the monthly hosting fee is paid by you to the host. After launch I aim to reply within two working days. You supply your logo, photographs and any wording you have.

Managed Website
£150 setup + £19.99/month
Everything in the build, with hosting included in the monthly fee — plus updates, same working day replies, and a named person looking after the technical side.
Includes hosting, backups, security updates, up to 30 minutes of minor content changes a month and an annual review. I aim to reply the same working day, with site-down issues first. A 12-month minimum term applies.

The design work is identical. The difference is who pays for hosting afterwards, how quickly I reply, and who looks after the site once it is live.
