Cookie Policy
What this site stores on your device. Last updated 19 August 2026.
This site does not use advertising cookies. Optional third parties can place something on your device only after you choose: the booking calendar (Calendly) and, separately, analytics tools (Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity). None of those load unless you allow them.
What is set before you choose
Nothing, apart from the record of your own choice. When you accept or reject on the
banner, that decision is saved in your browser's local storage under
tw.consent so you are not asked again on every page. It is not a cookie,
so it is never sent to the server, and it holds nothing that identifies you — just
which categories you allowed and when.
The choice is remembered for twelve months, after which the banner appears again.
Categories
Strictly necessary — always on
Required to deliver the site you asked for: remembering your cookie choice and maintaining a secure connection. Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations these are exempt from consent. No cookies fall into this category today; the only item is the local storage entry described above.
Booking calendar — off until you allow it
The contact page can show a Calendly scheduling widget so you can pick a slot without leaving the site. Choosing to load it means Calendly can set its own cookies and local storage, and can see your IP address and browser details.
| Provider | Calendly LLC |
|---|---|
| Loaded from | assets.calendly.com |
| Purpose | Showing available times and taking your booking |
| Where | May be processed outside the UK, including in the United States |
| If you decline | Nothing is requested from Calendly. You can still book by opening Calendly in its own tab, or by email. |
Calendly publishes its own cookie and privacy information, which governs what it does once loaded.
Analytics — off until you allow it
If configured, the site can load Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity so we can see which pages are used, which campaigns bring visitors, whether people send an enquiry or open the booking calendar, and how people move around the pages. Nothing is requested from those providers until you allow Analytics.
| Provider | Google LLC (Google Analytics 4) |
|---|---|
| Loaded from | www.googletagmanager.com and Google Analytics endpoints |
| Purpose | Measuring site use and campaign performance; no advertising use by this site |
| Storage |
Google may set cookies (for example _ga) and use browser
storage. First-touch campaign parameters may also be kept in this site's
sessionStorage under tw.utm.
|
| Where | May be processed outside the UK, including in the United States |
| If you decline | The analytics script is not loaded and no events are sent to Google Analytics. |
Google publishes its own privacy information for Analytics, which governs what it does once loaded. This product site uses a separate GA4 property from the main Two Wrens consultancy site.
| Provider | Microsoft Corporation (Clarity) |
|---|---|
| Loaded from | www.clarity.ms and related Clarity endpoints |
| Purpose | Understanding how people use the pages, including heatmaps and anonymised session recordings; no advertising use by this site |
| Storage | Clarity may set cookies and use browser storage to recognise a session and measure interaction with the page. |
| Where | May be processed outside the UK, including in the United States |
| If you decline | The Clarity script is not loaded and no session data is sent to Microsoft Clarity. |
Microsoft publishes its own privacy information for Clarity, which governs what it does once loaded. This product site uses a separate Clarity project from the main Two Wrens consultancy site.
What this site deliberately does not do
- No advertising, remarketing or conversion pixels.
- No web fonts fetched from Google. Typefaces are served from this site's own server.
- No social media tracking plugins.
If any of this changes, this page will be updated and you will be asked again before anything new is set.
Changing your mind
Use the button below, or Cookie settings in the footer of any page. You can also clear site data through your browser settings, which removes the stored choice entirely.
