It starts with a conversation
There is no checkout here on purpose. I cannot price or design your site until I understand your business, so the first step is half an hour on the phone — free, and with no obligation.
What happens on the call
- I ask what your business does and who your best customers are
- I ask what you want the website to bring in that it is not bringing in now
- I tell you what I would build and roughly what it would cost
- You decide whether to go ahead — there is no pressure either way
Write it down before we speak
If you already know sites you like the look of, the colours you use, or what you want the website to achieve, put that in a short brief first. I read it before the call, so the half hour is about your business rather than collecting URLs.
